About Me

Hi!

I’m so glad you’re here, and I hope you find what you’re looking for. I can’t wait to meet you and support you on your journey.

While there are plenty of books on pregnancy, the time after your baby arrives can feel isolating. Feeding advice can sometimes seem confusing or even conflicting. As a mother of two boys, I remember that feeling well—the uncertainty but also the relief and confidence that came when I found the right support. It’s what inspired my passion for helping other parents navigate their own feeding journeys.

I have worked in some of London's top neonatal intensive care units as a neonatal infant feeding lead, I see the power of early, consistent, and evidence-based feeding support. It makes such a difference for families, and I’m honoured to be a part of that process.

That passion led me to become an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC)—a role I hadn’t even heard of until I needed it myself. You can verify my certification here. I’m also a proud member of the Lactation Consultants of Great Britain (LCGB).

Think of me as your personal feeding consultant, here to help you reach your goals, whatever they may be. You’re not alone, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.

If you're unsure about which services might be the best fit for you, or if you'd simply like to get to know me a bit before deciding to work together, I offer a free chat to help you explore your options. This is a no-pressure conversation designed to make sure you feel comfortable and supported from the very start. Let’s talk and figure out what will work best for you!

How can I help you?

Feeding your baby is a personal journey, and it’s okay if you didn’t give it much thought until pregnancy. Maybe you’ve been hoping to breastfeed but don’t want to put too much pressure on yourself if things don’t go as planned. That’s totally understandable!

Ways I can support you?

  • Would like to feel prepared before your baby is born?

  • Is your baby not gaining weight as expected?

  • Are you experiencing discomfort or pain during feeds?

  • Has you baby had a stay in the neonatal unit and you would like specialised feeding support?

  • Are you feeling overwhelmed by all the different advice you’ve been given?

  • Are you feeling exhausted and need a more manageable feeding plan? Whether you’re triple feeding and looking to simplify, or just need guidance, I offer personalised support tailored to your goals.

I’ll work with you face-to-face, in the comfort of your own home, using your space and routine to create a feeding plan that works for you and your baby. Let's make breastfeeding a smoother, more empowering experience for you both.

I am an accredited Tongue Tie Assessor, this means I am trained to assess your baby's oral function and support you with the next steps as needed.

I travel to areas up to 30 minutes from my home in Chessington, Surrey.  If you are a little further than that, send me an email.

Happy clients

We contacted Helen 2 weeks into my breast feeding journey. I couldn't recommend her more. She helped me develop confidence, new position and has ultimately made this enjoyable and not hard work. As and when things change we will 100% contact her again for more support. My husband and i agree it’s an essential for new parents wanting to breast feed! Cant thank her enough.
