Service Description

This service is for existing clients who have previously had a home visit, and feel they would like further face to face support. This can include a weight if needed. A follow-up visit would usually be within 2 weeks of the previous visit. If a new concern needs support, then an initial 'Feeding consultation' will be needed. If you are not sure, please ask. ​ Includes one week of WhatsApp support after the visit. If you are currently still within your WhatsApp allocation, it is added to the end of that. ​ 60 minutes


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy I understand that circumstances may change. If you need to cancel a full refund is given if you provide more than 24hrs notice of cancellation. After this point you will be offered a 50% refund. It may be possible to rearrange, but please be aware this will need to fit around other bookings. Please note that I have the right to cancel your appointment and issue a refund for the booked service if you have not completed and returned the booking form within 48 hours of you appointment.
