Service Description

This is perfect choice for those who don't feel they need any help or have any big concerns, but they have a couple of questions. Maybe, not sure how to introduce a bottle, start expressing, wean or just want to chat a few things over. If I think that your situation requires a feeding consultation (home visit), I will let you know early in the chat and the session fee will be deducted from that cost. This is for you to pick my brains for up to 60 minutes on what's important to YOU. Please note, this phone call does not include any WhatsApp follow up support included in the cost, this can be purchased as extra if you choose.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy I understand that circumstances may change. If you need to cancel a full refund is given if you provide more than 24hrs notice of cancellation. After this point you will be offered a 50% refund. It may be possible to rearrange, but please be aware this will need to fit around other bookings. Please note that I have the right to cancel your appointment and issue a refund for the booked service if you have not completed and returned the booking form within 48 hours of you appointment.
