Terms & Conditions

Information given here will be stored eletronically according to EU Data Protection and security Laws. (GDPR) I only use your data for your clinical care and support. You have a right to request to see this information, to have it corrected if it's wrong, or in some cases to have it erased. If you have a complaint you can contact myself, The Information Comissioner's Office, or IBLCE.  I will not share your data unless required as described below.


* On occasion I may need to share information with your health visitor if I feel it is necessary, and I will notify you unless doing so may endanger you or your baby.

* With your permission, I may ask other IBCLCs for additional ideas / information which might support your care.

* I will not record any virtual sessions. If you wish to record these session or a component of the consultation, please let me know prior to doing this. 

* You are aware that I may ask to see your breasts / chest during the consultation. This is to assess damage / breast tissue / baby’s latch.

* Following your consultantion you may send photos or videos that support your care, I will delete these immediately after viewing.

* If you need to cancel a full refund is given if you provide more than 24hrs notice of cancellation. After this point you will be offered a 50% refund. It may be possible to rearrange, but please be aware this will need to fit around other bookings.

* Please tell me your preferred name, pronouns and use of language such as chestfeeding / human milk etc if it is relevant.

* Please be advised that I am not a Tongue Tie provider, I am not able to diagnose tongue ties. I am however able to advise you if anything seems out of normal or expected.  If I suspect a tongue tie I will recommend a full assessment and diagnosis by a tongue tie provider.

Payment:
* Payment is to be made 24 hours prior to your session

* Until payment is received, appointment is not considered confirmed and remains available to other families

* If you cancel within 24 hours of your session time, 50% of the appointment cost will be charged
